A straightforward path for changes.
This refund and cancellation policy describes how C.H.E.S.E.D. handles cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for consulting engagements and digital products sold through an external store.
1. Digital products
Digital products, including the CHESED Method ebook and Academy offerings, are sold and fulfilled through Stan or another external checkout provider. Because delivery may be immediate, a refund may not be available after access or download has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where the checkout provider’s terms state otherwise.
2. Product questions or access issues
If a digital product is not delivered, is inaccessible, or appears materially different from its description, contact support@cgstratiges.org with your name, purchase details, and a short description of the issue. We will work with you and the external store to identify a reasonable resolution.
3. Consulting engagements
Consulting fees, deposits, milestones, cancellation windows, rescheduling terms, and any eligible refunds will be stated in the written proposal, statement of work, or other agreement for that engagement. If the project agreement does not address an issue, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the circumstances in good faith.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
Requests to cancel or reschedule a meeting, project, or service should be made through the Contact page or by email. A late cancellation, missed appointment, work already completed, or third-party cost may affect the amount eligible for refund or credit. Any applicable agreement controls.
5. How approved refunds are handled
When a refund is approved, it is generally returned through the original payment method or the external store that processed the purchase. Processing times depend on the payment provider. We do not control delays caused by a bank, card network, or external checkout service.
6. Policy updates
We may revise this policy as our offers, checkout process, or legal obligations change. The version posted on this page is the current policy. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.
