Terms for working with C.H.E.S.E.D.

These terms of service describe the general rules for using cgstratiges.org, engaging C.H.E.S.E.D. Global Stratiges Consulting Inc., and purchasing its digital products through an external store.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the website and general services provided by C.H.E.S.E.D. Global Stratiges Consulting Inc. (“C.H.E.S.E.D.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or requesting services, you agree to follow these terms. A separate written agreement may apply to a specific consulting engagement and will control if it conflicts with these general terms.

2. Services and digital products

C.H.E.S.E.D. may provide business consulting, automation systems, digital transformation strategy, operational optimization, education, and related products. Descriptions are provided for general information. The scope, timing, deliverables, fees, and responsibilities for consulting work will be confirmed before work begins.

3. Purchases through an external store

Digital products, including the CHESED Method ebook and Academy offerings, may be sold and fulfilled through Stan or another external checkout provider. That provider may apply its own checkout terms, payment processing rules, privacy practices, and delivery process. Review those terms before completing a purchase.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use materials only for lawful purposes, protect account or purchase information, and avoid copying, reselling, distributing, or misrepresenting C.H.E.S.E.D. materials without written permission. You are responsible for decisions made using general information on the site or in a product.

5. Intellectual property

The site, original writing, visual design, curriculum, product materials, and C.H.E.S.E.D. names are owned by or licensed to C.H.E.S.E.D. unless stated otherwise. These terms grant a limited right to access and use purchased materials for their intended personal or internal business purpose. They do not transfer ownership.

We do not promise a particular business result, revenue level, or operational outcome.
